NEX Team Inc. offers a limited warranty that provides coverage for a period of one year from the date the Nex Playground and its included accessories are delivered to the original purchaser. This warranty is designed to address issues related to manufacturing defects or faults in materials that occur under normal personal use conditions. It applies only to the first buyer and remains valid as long as all stated requirements are met. The intention of this coverage is to ensure that the product performs as expected and to provide reassurance against certain defects that may arise within the specified timeframe.

When a defect that falls within the scope of the warranty is identified during the coverage period, and the proper claim process is followed, NEX retains the discretion to decide how the issue will be resolved. Depending on the nature of the problem and applicable legal standards, the company may choose to repair the device using new or reconditioned components, replace it with another unit that is new or equivalent in condition, or provide a refund that may be either partial or complete. In situations where a replacement is issued, ownership of the replacement unit is transferred to the customer, while the original returned product becomes the property of the company. Any item that is repaired or replaced will continue to receive warranty protection for the remaining portion of the original term or for at least ninety days following the service, whichever duration is longer, unless local laws specify otherwise.

To request warranty service, customers must contact the appropriate support channel and submit a claim. Once the request is reviewed and approved, instructions will be provided outlining the steps required to return the product. Proof of purchase is necessary to confirm eligibility, and the item must be packaged securely before shipment. Ideally, the original packaging should be used, but if that is not available, an alternative protective solution should be chosen to prevent damage during transit. Products sent without prior authorization or delivered to an incorrect address may not be eligible for warranty service.

Customers should be aware that the repair or inspection process may involve actions that affect stored data. During servicing, devices may be reset, reformatted, or updated, which could lead to the deletion of personal files, installed applications, or other stored information. It is the responsibility of the user to back up all important data before sending the product for service. In addition, software updates applied during the repair process may not allow the system to revert to earlier versions, and the warranty does not include services for recovering lost data.

The warranty does not cover every type of issue. It excludes problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, exposure to liquids, neglect, or unauthorized modifications and repairs. Components that naturally degrade over time, such as batteries, are not included in the coverage, nor are cosmetic issues like scratches, dents, or other surface imperfections. The warranty is also not applicable to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, devices used for commercial purposes, items with altered or missing identification numbers, or any software or related support services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty replaces all other warranties, whether expressed directly or implied by law. This includes any implied assurances regarding product quality, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. NEX does not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of data, lost income, or expenses related to obtaining alternative products. Any liability that may arise is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Partners, suppliers, and licensors associated with the company are not responsible for additional obligations. In jurisdictions where certain exclusions or limitations are restricted, the terms will be adjusted to comply with local legal requirements.
